Hi all :) As I mentioned yesterday, today was day one of the phase in process in preparation for the master cleanse! The first day you eliminate all meat, dairy, bread and processed foods, and just eat fruits and veggies. I was a little intimidated, being from the south and not being able to cook, but found it relatively easy. I know its wishful thinking, but if everyday were to go as easy as today, then I would have this thing whooped in no time! Anyways, very little to report today actually :/ I weighed myself today so that I have a starting weight and OHMYGOD. Its awful. I mean, I expected it, but seeing it is..traumatizing. Hopefully this will be an awesome way to kickstart a whole new lifestyle :D Anyways, I have decided to shoot for losing ten lbs on this first fast. From all I have read, this should be pretty feasible, but if I only lose one pound, I am going to try and not be disappointed, as it will be a step in the right direction!
