Day 1

Hi all :) Today was Day 1 of my fasting process, and I could eat only fruits and vegetables. Most of the day I ate only fruits. I won't lie, I have spent the majority of the day HUNGRY. For breakfast I ate 5 strawberries, a kiwi, a banana and a slice of honeydew. I think this was my biggest mistake, starting out with a lot of food like that made me hungrier throughout the day. I also ate another banana, an orange and half of a cucumber throughout the day. For dinner I had a random but tasty combo that finally calmed my hunger down, consisting of collard greens, squash and zucchini (cooked in water!), an ear of peaches and cream corn and some avacado. All in all, it wasn't really that terrible not eating other foods, I just stayed hungry. Hopefully tomorrow is easier!

  • Day 4 - Water only
  • Day 5 - Water only
  • Day 6 - Fruit only
  • Day 7 - Fruit and Veggies only
  • DONE! woot lol.
