I have really been loving these types of books lately, and this one had a lot of potential. Unfortunately while this was a good book there wasn't anything really outstanding about it. It is a little bit forgettable if I am being honest.
I really enjoyed the strong
female relationships portrayed in this book, they were almost
reminiscent of Sex and the City, but less catty and with more girl
power. I also appreciated the realism of how terribly she was treated in
her work place, and the "bro" culture she was dealing with. I think a lot of women are going to enjoy this book
because of how relatable that was.
Thanks to Netgalley and the Publisher for providing me with a copy of this book to review. All opinions are my own.
