My Best Friend's Royal Wedding by Romy Sommer - Bookin' It With Jen

I can't decide if I liked this one or not. While the story was pretty decent I didn't love or connect to the characters too much, and Khara annoyed the crap out of me. She is supposed to be this strong independent woman but she limits herself and insults herself constantly. I know that is supposed to reflect her damage or whatever but it's annoying. And the pacing for the book wasn't great, at times it felt impossibly long and I just wanted it to be over. I wanted this to be like a fun grown up book version of The Prince and Me but it was kind of meh. 

I guess what I'm saying is that I didn't like this book.
