Today Mom and Christina had to leave to go to Panama City Beach for work for a few days so Halloween is up to me this year. The best part is that I get a rental car for the next few days. It is a white (my favorite color for a car!) Ford Fiesta, and can I just say I.LOVE.IT. Normally I am not a hatchback fan, but I just cannot emphasize enough how much I am in love with this car. Giving it back Saturday will be a real heartbreaker. haha. Anyways, enough about that. Today was the annual Downtown Trick or Treat and Saenger Family Fun Fest. Of course I had to take my little TMNT Donnie on down to take part in taking candy from strangers. It was really great and the crowds were huge! Beside the obvious handing out of candy there were also games, bounce houses, and face painting. Then we came home and had dinner before carving ourselves a pumpkin (ahem I carved it, poorly lol) and Satina went to bed. Then I attempted to roast pumpkin seeds for the first time, because they are my newest obsession. I am so bummed I waited 28 years to discover how tasty they are! I also made Satina a pumpkin hairbow to wear tomorrow and a batch of homemade gluten free corn dogs for her lunches this week. lol Anyway, here are some pictures from downtown. :)
